Bloch is a from-scratch Layer-1 built for the post-quantum era. It combines Bitcoin's battle-tested SHA-256d Proof-of-Work with a modern BlockDAG consensus (GhostDAG-Q, k=10) and a native post-quantum signature base: every coin is secured by ML-DSA-65 (Dilithium) + Falcon-1024, the NIST lattice standards designed to resist quantum attack. Where Bitcoin, Ethereum and every ECDSA chain are exposed the day a cryptographically-relevant quantum computer arrives, Bloch's base layer is not.

Bloch is ownerless and fair-launched: no ICO, presale, or VC allocation - coins enter circulation only by mining, exactly as Bitcoin did in 2009. Governance follows the Bitcoin model (coins do not vote; no foundation controls it; the founder is exiting privileged roles). Because it uses SHA-256d, any Bitcoin-class miner works natively (ASIC/GPU/CPU) and mining is non-custodial. The network is live (Genesis-2 mainnet since 2026-07-19), producing canonical blocks with 100+ ASIC/GPU connections.

Integration is unusually simple for an exotic L1: the node exposes a Bitcoin-Core-compatible JSON-RPC wallet and performs all post-quantum signing internally - an exchange integrates BLCH almost exactly like Bitcoin, with zero post-quantum cryptography in its own stack.

Emission: 8,400 BLCH/block, 30s blocks, yearly halving, transitioning after ~7 years to a perpetual tail of 100 BLCH/block (Monero-style, disinflationary). Nominal supply 21 billion; founder premine (17%) locked under a 10-year cliff + 40-year vest. Postern Labs (a Brazilian corporation) builds privacy/PQ products that anchor to the ownerless base. BLCH is a mined, fair-launch network coin and is NOT a security; Genesis-2 is early-stage and unaudited.
