Fully Diluted Valuation
Fully Diluted Valuation (FDV) = Current Price x Total Supply
Fully Diluted Valuation (FDV) is the theoretical market capitalization of a coin if the entirety of its supply is in circulation, based on its current market price. The FDV value is theoretical as increasing the circulating supply of a coin may impact its market price. Also depending on the tokenomics, emission schedule or lock-up period of a coin's supply, it may take a significant time before its entire supply is released into circulation. About Verona (VERONA)
Verona is the intelligence layer for AI: the network that turns internet data into provable facts owned by the user and reusable by any agent. Verify once, reuse everywhere, expose nothing.
What Is Verona
Verona (formerly XION) is the intelligence layer for AI. Today's AI is not intelligent, because it cannot act on verified information about the real world. That data is either locked inside the old re-verification stack that makes the same user prove the same thing for every app, or thrown away after a single use.
Verona's truth engine verifies a fact once at its source using zero-knowledge proofs, turning it into a provable fact that is stored on a decentralized network, owned by the user, and reusable by any agent or service the user authorizes. The data never moves and is never exposed; only the proof is reused.
Verona is a revenue-generating network, and gas is abstracted away, so its value does not come from gas demand. Brands like Uber, Amazon, and Nike and millions of users already use the engine. Every project on the network runs a revenue share, Burnt's enterprise revenue provides a periodic floor, and agents are the continuous engine, with every on-chain action settling in VERONA underneath a gasless experience. That revenue buys back and burns VERONA, so as the businesses grow and agents act more, supply contracts.
What Makes Verona Unique
Verify once, reuse everywhere: Every other verification solution treats each check as a one-time event — the result is discarded and the user proves the same thing again for the next app. Verona stores the proof on a decentralized network owned by the user, so any authorized agent or service can reuse it without ever accessing the raw data underneath.
Zero-knowledge at the source: Verona uses zkTLS, zkEmail, and zkPassport to verify facts directly from their origin — a website, an inbox, a passport — without ever exposing the underlying data. Only the proof moves. The data stays put.
Agent-native infrastructure: Through a single MCP config, any agent runtime can call Verona's truth engine directly. As agents act on behalf of users, every verification, data write, and delegation settles in VERONA underneath a gasless experience.
Revenue-generating network: Verona does not earn on gas. Every project on the network runs a revenue share — ecosystem app revenue, enterprise verification, and agent activity all fund a continuous buyback and burn of VERONA. As the network grows, supply contracts.
The reuse moat: A single verified fact has limited value. A network full of reusable, user-owned verified facts — built up across millions of users and hundreds of brands — compounds into a structural advantage no new entrant can replicate quickly.
What Can You Use Verona for?
-
AI agent verification: Any AI agent that needs to act on real-world facts — account balances, identity, credentials, transaction history — can call Verona's truth engine directly via MCP. One config line is all it takes to give an agent access to verified, user-owned data without storing or exposing it.
-
Earn from your verified data: Apps like ero (by EarnOS) let users connect real accounts — Uber, Lyft, retail — and get paid by brands for verified actions. The data never leaves the user's control; only the proof is shared.
-
Brand and enterprise verification: Brands like Uber, Amazon, and Nike use Verona's engine to verify real user activity at scale — replacing impression-based advertising with provable, on-chain actions. 115+ brands, 69M verified interactions.
-
Identity and credential proofs: Users can prove who they are, what they own, or what they've done — without submitting documents or exposing raw data. zkPassport and zkEmail make identity verification private and portable.
-
Staking and governance: Token holders can stake VERONA to secure the network and participate in governance, deciding the future direction of the protocol.
The VERONA Token
VERONA is the native network token powering the intelligence layer for AI. It pays for execution under the hood, coordinates access and security, and accrues value from verified activity on the network. The native stablecoin is what users, applications, agents, and enterprises use to pay, receive, and settle in a stable denomination.
Applications, agents, and enterprises can interact through familiar rails like fiat or stablecoin. Underneath that experience, verified activity creates network revenue, and network revenue creates demand for VERONA — which in turn increases network security. As the network grows and agents act more, revenue flows back through the ecosystem's revenue share model to buy back and burn VERONA, contracting supply over time.
How Does Verona Work?
Verona's Truth Engine verifies a fact once at its source using zero-knowledge proofs, turning a claim into a provable, on-chain fact. That fact is stored on a decentralized network, owned by the user, and reusable by any service or agent the user authorizes.
The core verification stack has three layers:
zkTLS proves data from any website — a bank balance, a ride history, a subscription — without revealing the raw content
zkEmail proves inbox contents, such as acceptance letters or transaction confirmations, without exposing the message
zkPassport and app-level proofs verify identity and mobile data privately, without storing documents
Once verified, facts are accessible to any authorized agent runtime via MCP in a single line of config. One verification on its own is almost nothing. A network full of reusable verified facts is a substantial, valuable thing, and that network effect is the moat.
