Market Cap
Market Cap = Current Price x Circulating Supply
Refers to the total market value of a cryptocurrency’s circulating supply. It is similar to the stock market’s measurement of multiplying price per share by shares readily available in the market (not held & locked by insiders, governments) Read More |

Market Cap / FDV
The proportion of current market capitalization compares to market capitalization when meeting max supply.
The closer the Mkt Cap/FDV to 1, the closer the current market capitalization to its fully diluted valuation and vice versa. Learn more about Mkt Cap/FDV here. |

Fully Diluted Valuation
Fully Diluted Valuation (FDV) = Current Price x Total Supply
Fully Diluted Valuation (FDV) is the theoretical market capitalization of a coin if the entirety of its supply is in circulation, based on its current market price. The FDV value is theoretical as increasing the circulating supply of a coin may impact its market price. Also depending on the tokenomics, emission schedule or lock-up period of a coin's supply, it may take a significant time before its entire supply is released into circulation. What Is Modulr?
Modulr is a global network that lets anyone operate robots anywhere on Earth — instantly, securely, and in real time. Through the Modulr interface, a user can connect to any machine across the world, stream live data, and control it as if they were standing beside it.
This ability to bridge distance and bring physical systems online is the foundation of the next global industry. Robotics, AI, data, and compute are converging into a single programmable layer: the Modulr network.
Modulr is built around a simple principle: any machine, anywhere, should be operable through a shared network.
To make that possible, Modulr provides two key capabilities:
- Teleoperation at global scale - low-latency, real-time control for robots and connected systems.
- Open access to intelligence and resources - rent or deploy AI models, data services, and compute directly through the network.
Together, these create a practical foundation for the robot-enabled economy, where robotics becomes accessible to both individuals and businesses at scale.
Robots are often expensive, challenging to setup for non-developers, and superfluous for long-term ownership. Modulr unlocks access to the world's robots, much like Airbnb unlocks access to the world's vacation spots.
What Makes Modulr Unique?
Every major wave of technology has had a unifying layer: the internet for information, the cloud for software, and now Modulr for robotics.
Modulr lets users rent/purchase robotic systems, AI models & apps, data management services, and compute — all in one place.
Modulr has 4 key differentiators:
- Real-Time Teleoperation: Connect to and control robots from anywhere in the world with near-zero latency.
- Open Participation: Businesses, developers, and individuals can rent from existing robotic fleets or deploy their own (and earn from it!).
- Interoperable (Modular) Design: Robots, AI, data, and compute connect through a shared protocol rather than custom integrations.
- Neutral Third Party: Modulr isn’t a platform competing for ownership. It’s the connective layer that lets all service providers interoperate.
Until now, there has never been a network purpose-built for connecting users with robots around the world.
Until now, robotics has been confined to isolated environments and closed systems.
Modulr's technology is a quantum unlock for the global robotics industry.
What Is the History of Modulr?
Modulr was conceptualized in 2022 by a team of blockchain developers, AI specialists, and robotics engineers to address the lack of decentralized infrastructure for robotics and connected devices. Since the launch of eMDR in August 2025, the project has grown steadily, gaining traction in both blockchain and robotics communities, as well as web2/web3 companies operating in robotics, AI, and cloud industries.
What's Next for Modulr?
Currently, Modulr is finalizing its P2P remote teleoperation software and partnering with robotics providers, universities, AI service providers, data service providers, and compute providers to join its open network.
Additionally, Modulr's testnet is set to go live before the end of 2025 with mainnet launch scheduled for Q2 2026. Modulr will also release SDKs and developer tools to simplify hardware integration and data sharing across the network.
Being able to remotely operate robotic systems built on an open network for everything robotics-related (AI, data, compute, and more) will help achieve our vision of powering the global robot economy.
What Can eMDR/MDR Be Used For?
In an effort to bootstrap our community, Modulr launched first on the Ethereum network as eMDR (Ethereum MDR). However, Modulr is building its own custom layer one blockchain, with co-chains purpose built for various use cases, like robotics, AI, data services, decentralized compute, gaming, and more.
Until the Modulr mainnet launches in early 2026, the primary token will be eMDR. After mainnet launch, eMDR tokens can be converted 1:1 to MDR on Modulr's native blockchain.
The eMDR/MDR token serves as the utility and incentive layer of the Modulr ecosystem. It is used to pay for remote teleoperation sessions and reward contributions from providers of robots, AI services, data services, and compute via Proof-of-Utility.
eMDR (and MDR) has a number of holder benefits, including:
- Early access to Modulr's robots & core network services
- Ability to purchase Modulr robots (or get discounts when paid in tokens)
- Remote robot teleoperation services
- Discounts on purchasing data, AI, and compute services/products on testnet/mainnet
- Future revenue share via liquidity providing initiatives
- Drop Days (eMDR airdrops)
- And much more
